MAKING RETURNS
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, under
our 'no quibble' policy, if you wish to return the goods then please do so
within 28 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide a full refund or
exchange. Please note that goods returned under our 'no quibble' policy must be
returned in an unused condition and unopened in their original packaging in a
saleable condition with proof of purchase and the original delivery note.

to explain what the problem is.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days of the goods being
received by us. Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible
for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please quote your invoice number,
name and address with all returns. When returning goods, we recommend you use a
'signed-for' service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of
receipt. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that
the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a
delay in your card being refunded. Our returns policy does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or credit washed/used
bedding, mattresses or soft furnishings, unless faulty. Please be certain of
your choice before washing or using. Returned goods must be clearly marked
"Returns" and posted to:

FAULTY PRODUCT
In the unlikely event of you receiving product with a
manufacturing default, please return it within 14 days of receipt for an
exchange or refund. Once the item has been inspected and the fault acknowledged,
we will refund you the cost of delivery.
